Holds a PhD in Social Marketing from University of Hertfordshire UK and works as an Assistant Professor at University of Balochistan. His areas of expertise are: Public relations and Advocacy, Planning and Decision Making, Power Relations and Conflict Management, Research and Analysis, Communication Skills, Perception and Anger Management, Peace Building and Countering Violent Extremism, Community and Youth Engagement.
Key roles and responsibilities
Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization’s vision, mission, and overall direction.
Responsible for the implementation of programs and projects in line with our strategy.
Oversee team members, as well as external contributors and partners.
Provide guidance to team members on all aspects of project work including designing, implementing and managing.
Evaluate project progress, redirecting resources and modifying organization approach to ensure delivery on goals.
Supervise team’s monitoring, learning and evaluation, to ensure that we operate in a learning-centered and adaptive manner.
Work with team members to develop and monitor project budgets.
Help to oversee effective implementation of our strategy and drive our organizational development.
Help to develop and craft new program priorities.
Work with team members to develop content for, research, newspapers newsletters, blogposts, webinars, annual reports, and other channels.
Lead on the development of new project proposals, in line with our strategy.
Providing briefings and presentations to stakeholders (including the media).
Writing submissions to government and other decision makers.
Giving speeches and presentations.
Conduct literature reviews.
Collect and analyze data.
Prepare materials for submission to granting agencies and foundations.
Prepare interview questions.
Recruit and/or interview subjects.
Prepare findings for publication and assist in analysis, or data management.
Write and contribute to publications.
Develop research protocols.
Track progress of organization over time.
Assist with preparation of all educational and training workshops and evaluation strategies.
Engage community partners in research.
Develop assessment and evaluation tools.
Compile data for progress reports.
Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan.
Representing the organization for civic and professional association responsibilities and activities in the local community, the state, and at the national level.
